Andrew Cusworth

Andrew joined JMW in September 2020 from Linder Myers Solicitors. He has 30 years experience across a case-load nearing 600 matters for individuals with impaired mental capacity. He has acted as deputy, trustee, attorney and litigation friend, as well as executor in several estates where following disputes, has been appointed by the court as an independent replacement. Andrew is appointed on the OPG Panel of Deputies and is only one of 14 acknowledged Court of Protection professional deputies across the North of England. He is also ranked in UK Chambers and Legal 500.
