Jodi formed the Real Estate Finance Department at JMW in 2018 alongside fellow Partner, Warren Martin.
Jodi has over 15 years’ experience in property law and has a particular interest in representing the buy to let investor and lender clients from private bridging lenders on a separate representation basis to institutional banks and PLC’s on a dual representation basis.
Testament to Jodi’s dedication, consistent commercial attitude and technical ability is the fact that she has retained repeat clientele spanning the length of her legal career, working alongside the buy to let investor to maximise their property portfolio offering and lenders and brokers, including fintech companies, to streamline procedures and processes to maximise service levels and output.
