Lauren Beech

Lauren joined JMW in January 2023 as an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department.

Lauren has experience in a wide range of commercial matters, including commercial contracts (such as terms and conditions, supply agreements, outsourcing agreements, consultancy agreements, distributor and reseller agreements, introducer and referral agreements), IT and intellectual property agreements, and non-contentious data protection matters.

Lauren graduated from the University of Bristol with a 2:1 degree in Law and completed the LPC at the University of Law, Manchester. Lauren worked as a paralegal at Fieldfisher (in both the Real Estate and Commercial teams) and then finally at Pannone Corporate (in both the Dispute Resolution and Commercial teams) where she completed her training contract and then qualified as a Solicitor into the Commercial team in September 2020.

Lauren has experienced a number of client secondments throughout her career, including a full-time virtual secondment for a group of fashion brands, a part-time secondment for a large online fashion retailer, and a part-time secondment for a publicly listed IT software provider. As a result, Lauren is very commercial and has a greater understanding of clients’ needs.
