Dan Miller has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Dan started their career in 1996 as an Electronics/Process Control Technician at Ecolochem, Inc, where they were responsible for designing, assembling, and troubleshooting control systems. Dan then worked as an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer at the same company, managing national installations of water purification systems and providing technical sales presentations. In 2000, Dan joined Electrical Equipment Company as a Product Manager, where they managed sales of Rockwell Automation hardware and software and conducted custom product demonstrations. After a decade at Electrical Equipment Company, they moved to Jo-Kell, Inc. as a Solutions Sales Executive, and later became the Director of Sales at their ARA Division. Most recently, in 2014, Dan joined Rockwell Automation as an Account Manager at the Richmond Branch.

Dan Miller attended Longwood University from 1993 to 1997 and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics. From 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Old Dominion University.
