Amber Shakil

Amber Shakil has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Amber began their career as a Customer Service Consultant at BDS Consultants in May 2018, where they worked until December 2018. In November 2019, they joined KeepTruckin as an Account Executive and stayed in that role until July 2020. Amber then moved on to work at Joblogic Service Management Software, where they held multiple positions. Firstly, they served as a Senior Support Consultant from December 2020 to July 2022. After that, they became a Customer Success Manager from July 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they are working as a Team Lead in charge of Employee Training and Quality Assurance at the same company. Additionally, they had a long-term role as a Senior Reporter at Youth Journalism International, starting from January 2015 and ending in December 2021.

Amber Shakil completed their Bachelor's degree (BBA) from the University of the Punjab from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued their Intermediate education with a focus on ICS STATS at Kinnaird College for Women from 2013 to 2015.
