Kristina Clouse is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in economic development and operations management. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director, Talent at JobsOhio since September 2011, Kristina has also held roles such as Executive Director of Operations and Director of Project Management, where responsibilities included overseeing project management teams and driving statewide integration of economic development tools. Prior to joining JobsOhio, Kristina worked at the Ohio Department of Development as Assistant Director of the Strategic Business Investment Division, managing multiple offices and state programs. Kristina's early career includes positions as Vice President at Allen Economic Development Group and Communications Director at the Lima Allen County Chamber of Commerce. Academically, Kristina holds a BA in Communications and Business from Bluffton University.
