Stuart Moynihan, AICP, serves as the Senior Director of JobsOhio Network and Strategic Partnerships, a position held since September 2015, following roles as Director and Network Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Stuart Moynihan was the Ex-Officio Director of the Ohio Economic Development Association from January 2016 to March 2023, contributing to the representation of over 300 economic development professionals across Ohio. Prior experience includes serving as Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Newark, OH, and as a Planner for the Village of Lombard, IL. Stuart Moynihan holds a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the same institution.
