Roger Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Roger worked as a Motor Carrier Inspector and Auditor at NCDMV Enforcement Section and ensured compliance with North Carolina motor vehicle laws and federal motor carrier regulations. Later, they became the President of SafetyNet Services Inc. and then served as a Safety Manager in Perdue Farms Inc. In 2014, they joined Joe Gibbs Racing as the Director of Logistics, where they handled facility, security, and safety compliance. Roger'sresponsibilities also included OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance, aviation department operations, worker's compensation, and insurance.
Roger Phillips attended Odessa College from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology.
