Xolisa Dyeshana started their career in 2002 as a Copywriter at FCB Active Cape Town. In 2004, they moved to FCB Cape Town and held the position of Deputy Creative Director until 2006. In the same year, they joined Joe Public United as a Creative Director and worked in that position until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, Dyeshana served as the Executive Creative Director at Joe Public United. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Creative Officer at Joe Public United.

Xolisa Dyeshana obtained a Diploma in Graphic Design from Cape Peninsula University of Technology in 2000. Xolisa further pursued a B-Tech in Graphic Design from the same university and completed it in 2001.
