JO pieces are locally and ethically made. The brand has enjoyed tremendous growth and a beautiful evolution in the last couple of years. A company that today produces more than 55,000 garments per year and employs 450 people in Cali, Colombia (78% women). 

One of the company´s biggest accomplishments is the “Escuela Johanna Ortiz”, an onsite training program founded in 2016 to develop professional-level seamstress and high-end embroidery skills, enhance talent and promote the inclusion of vulnerable communities, to improve their quality of life and create personal empowerment.
