Ellen Taaffe

Ellen Taaffe serves as a Clinical Associate Professor at Kellogg School of Management since September 2016, focusing on Personal Leadership Insights and acting as a featured speaker and executive coach in various executive education programs. Ellen Taaffe is Board Chair at AARP Services, Inc., contributing to initiatives that support the 50+ population. In addition, Ellen Taaffe holds multiple leadership roles at John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc., and Hooker Furnishings Corporation, where responsibilities include serving as Lead Independent Director and committee chair. Ellen Taaffe founded Ellen Taaffe Consulting in 2015, specializing in leadership coaching and branding. Prior executive experience includes significant positions at Whirlpool, RCCL, and PepsiCo, complemented by an MBA from Northwestern University and extensive executive education at Harvard Business School and other prestigious institutions.
