James Johnson

James Johnson is an accomplished cybersecurity executive with extensive experience in leading information security initiatives across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at John Deere since July 2014, Johnson previously held multiple leadership roles at Honeywell from 2003 to 2014, including Chief Information Security Officer and Director of Business Enablement. In these positions, Johnson's responsibilities encompassed security architecture, risk management, cybersecurity for the Automation and Control Solutions division, and overall corporate security leadership. Earlier in the career, Johnson worked as IT Manager at Pella Corporation and held various roles in IT security at Honeywell, demonstrating a strong foundation in information security and risk assessment. Johnson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University’s Ivy College of Business.
