Kylie Kuffler

Kylie Kuffler is an experienced professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at John Deere since 2022. Prior to this role, Kylie worked as a Talent Supply Chain Consultant at Kelly from 2021 to 2022 and spent over a decade at Palmer College of Chiropractic as an Admissions Recruiter and Academic Counselor. Kylie holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Ambrose University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Psychology from the University of Dubuque.
