Jessica Kaplan

Jessica Kaplan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in box office management and patron services within the performing arts sector. Currently serving as a 3rd Assistant Treasurer and Usher at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts since September 2016, Jessica has developed expertise in assisting patrons with ticket purchases, exchanges, and donations. Additional roles include Box Office Associate at Shakespeare Theatre Company and Signature Theatre, and previous positions at Capital One Hall and The National Theatre, where responsibilities involved managing ticket transactions and enhancing guest experiences. Prior to the performing arts, Jessica worked as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton and Project Manager at CRDF Global, focusing on significant energy and research projects. Jessica holds an M.A. in International Affairs from Columbia University and a B.A. in Political Science from Brandeis University.
