Lucy Hartmann

Lucy Hartmann is an experienced Payroll Services and Implementation Manager currently employed at John Holland since February 2023. Previously, Lucy held the position of National General Manager Payroll at ISS A/S from February 2009 to March 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing all Payroll functions, implementing streamlined processes, and managing the implementation of the Kronos system across multiple sites in Australia and New Zealand.
