Ross Perry

Ross Perry is an experienced Building Services Manager currently overseeing the Mater Springfield Stage 2 Project at John Holland since May 2023. Previously at Laing O'Rourke from May 2017 to May 2023, Ross served as Building Services Project Manager, completing significant projects such as the Susan Wakil Health Building at the University of Sydney. Prior roles include Mechanical and Electrical Construction Manager for the Bond Street Station project and various positions involving project management across healthcare and infrastructure sectors, including Great Ormond Street Hospital and the London 2012 Olympic Games. Ross holds a BSc Hons in Construction Project Management from Anglia Ruskin University and Nottingham Trent University, among other qualifications.
