Apeksha Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Apeksha started their career as a Management Trainee at Reliance Brands Limited in 2014. Apeksha then joined Diesel as a Junior Planner and later became a Buyer for Diesel & Diesel Black Gold. In 2017, they worked as the Chief Manager for Buying & Merchandising at Marks and Spencer. Apeksha then transitioned to Lenskart.com where they served as an Associate General Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at John Jacobs, where they are responsible for establishing the company as a leading global eyewear brand and building a technology-driven organization with a focus on innovation and brand building. Additionally, Apeksha was a founding member of John Jacobs and played a pivotal role in establishing the brand entity within India, Singapore, and UAE.
Apeksha Gupta completed a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD in 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Fashion Management degree with a focus on Fashion Merchandising and Marketing from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi. They also earned a Bachelor of Business Studies degree with a specialization in Management and Finance from Shaheed Sukhdev College Of Business Studies.
