Todd Hollander

Todd Hollander serves as the Director of Dining and Event Services at John Knox Village since February 2007, overseeing the comprehensive programming and operations for dining and events in a prominent Life Care Community. Prior to this role, Todd was the General Manager at Jose Peppers Marketplace, managing a restaurant operation with a significant monthly budget. Additionally, Todd gained experience as Assistant General Manager at Rainforest Cafe, where responsibilities included front-of-house operations and training for managers across national locations. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management, Psychology, and Business Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia and graduated from Parkway North Senior High School.
