Toni Mitchell holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Avila University. Currently serving as Training Manager at John Knox Village since August 2019, Toni previously facilitated the New Employee Orientation program as a contractor at Children's Mercy Hospital from June 2017 to February 2018. Toni has an extensive background at Children's Mercy Hospital, working as a Talent Development Training Specialist from November 2005 to September 2016, where the primary focus was on managing the organization's New Employee Orientation program. Additionally, Toni worked as an Inventory Specialist at Harvesters Community Food Network from October 2000 to November 2005.
