Jesse Tamplen

Jesse Tamplen has a robust background in healthcare leadership, primarily focusing on performance improvement and operational excellence. Currently serving as Vice President of Continuous Performance Improvement and Executive Administrator of Behavioral Health at John Muir Health, Jesse has previously held significant roles at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals, including Executive Director of Operational Excellence and Deployment, Vice President of Ancillary and Support Services, and Service Line Director for Children's Mental Health. Additionally, Jesse’s experience includes a position as Director of Lean Transformation and Continuous Process Improvement at UCSF Health and practice administration for the Infant, Child, and Adolescent Mental Health, FQHC, and Rare Diseases Clinic. Furthermore, Jesse has also held the role of Director of Behavioral Health at Sutter Health.
