John Burkhart

John Burkhart is an experienced educational professional with a diverse background in instructional design and technology training. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer and Technology Trainer at JSI | John Snow, Inc. since February 2022, John is responsible for the development and monitoring of E-learning resources and fostering collaboration between HR and IT. Previously, John worked as a Learning Technologist at Ellucian, where program planning for university training initiatives was a key focus. John's teaching career includes roles as a Teacher of English at Jersey City Public Schools and as a Professor of English at both Universidad de San Buenaventura Cali and Universidad Autonoma de Occidente in Colombia. John holds a Master of Education in Global and International Education from Drexel University and multiple degrees in English Language and Literature and Secondary Education from Stockton University.
