Chris Westcott

Chris Westcott is an experienced HR professional with extensive expertise in employee and industrial relations, currently serving as the Group ER Director and Global HR Business Partner for the Clean Air Business at Johnson Matthey since August 2019. In this role, Chris is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s global employee relations and industrial relations strategies, enhancing stakeholder relationships, and providing strategic ER/IR guidance on complex organizational changes. Prior to this, Chris held various leadership positions at BAE Systems from March 2007 to July 2019, focusing on employee relations, engagement strategies, and HR planning across significant naval shipbuilding programs. Chris holds a Master of Sciences in Human Resource Management from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Business Studies from The University of Edinburgh.
