Violet
Violet is a platform dedicated to helping the healthcare industry deliver more inclusive healthcare, by building a new standard for benchmarking and showcasing the cultural competencies of clinicians. In summary, they're a "credit score" for cultural competencies. The platform objectively benchmarks partner providers using a variety of disparate data about each provider (e.g. educational history, professional experiences, lived experiences, etc.). They then partner with insurers to surface cultural competency data, allowing insurers to save and provider organizations to grow.
