Amy Daniels has extensive experience in customer experience and account management, currently serving as the Director of Homeowner Originations & Restorations and the Director of Customer Experience at Mosaic since March 2020. Prior to this role, Amy held various positions at Republic Services from April 2010 to March 2020, including Manager of National Accounts Corporate Customer Service and National Accounts Customer Service Supervisor. Amy began their career at USAA as a Member Relationship Specialist from March 2005 to September 2009.
