Jim Wilson

Jim Wilson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in revenue generation and strategic leadership. Currently serving as an Executive Member at Pavilion and VP of Revenue and Strategy at TheSalesCycle since May 2025, Jim drives the development of strategic messaging and go-to-market strategies. Previously, from January 2012 to January 2025, Jim held the position of Area Vice President for Manufacturing and Distribution at Salesforce, overseeing a $120M+ revenue portfolio and leading a team of 45. Prior roles at Salesforce also included Regional Vice President for Commercial Sales and Account Executive. Further experience includes a tenure at Flexera Software, where Jim significantly increased company revenue and return for investors. Additionally, Jim contributed as a Board Member and Golf Chairman at Ridge Country Club from January 2017 to January 2021. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington.
