Shival Pawria

Shival Pawria is an accomplished entrepreneur and advisor with extensive experience in founding and managing innovative companies. As Founder & CEO of Grocer Box, which was acquired in August 2023, Shival oversees operations while also serving as Director of E-Commerce. In addition to being a Member at Pavilion, Shival contributes as an Advisor to MANETAINED and VIRUL, and holds investment roles in Zyngly, Mako Financial Technologies, and Kabo. Shival is also the Founder and CEO of Clermont Ventures, focusing on software consulting and early-stage investments. Previously, Shival co-founded OttoCounsel and served as General Manager at Mercato. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Finance from the University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from McMaster University.
