Phaedra Ellis-Lamkins

Phaedra Ellis-Lamkins is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in care, operations, and organizational management. As Co-Founder of Promise since March 2018, Phaedra focuses on innovative solutions for social equity. Phaedra has served as a Board Member at Honor since July 2020 and previously held the position of Head of Care at Honor from May 2015 to November 2017, overseeing Revenue, Care, and Operations. Earlier career highlights include acting as an Advisor at NPG, serving as CEO and Board Member of Green For All from 2009 to 2014, and holding the role of Executive Director at Working Partnerships from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, Phaedra was the Executive Officer at the South Bay AFL-CIO Labor Council from 1996 to 2008.
