Heather Yang

Heather Yang is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in production management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Joint Commission Resources since January 2018. Previously, Heather held the role of Project Manager at the same organization and worked as a Print and Web Production Specialist at the American Hospital Association from January 2008 to December 2017, where responsibilities included managing production for various publications and evaluating vendors. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager at Star Farm Productions and as a Military Police Officer in the 105th Military Police Company, where strategic security measures were implemented. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Buffalo State University, obtained from 2000 to 2006.
