👨💻 Rajat Bansal

Rajat Bansal has a diverse range of work experience in web development and automation engineering. 👨‍💻 Rajat most recently worked at Joist as a Lead Web Engineer, where they focused on enhancing the developer experience and improving API integration time through the migration from Redux to Redux Toolkit. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Web Engineer at Joist, contributing to the migration of the web app from Ember to React and delivering long-awaited features for contractors. Rajat also worked as a Teaching Assistant for Web Development at BrainStation. Additionally, they gained experience as a Full Stack Engineer at thesustainability.io, where they built a full stack MERN web application from scratch to help companies achieve sustainability goals. Rajat has also volunteered as a Frontend Web Developer at Code Mentoring, where they developed a marketing site and collaborated with the team to prioritize important features.
