Currently serving as Manager of Service Excellence in the Office of the COO at Jolera Inc. since December 2018, Kristen has also held the positions of Manager of Quality & Compliance and Executive Assistant within the same organization. Prior to this role, Kristen worked as Operations Manager at Crate and Barrel from September 2015 to December 2018. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and a diploma from Humber College's Fashion Arts program.
