Alianah Sanchez is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and food preparation. Currently serving as a Crew Trainer at Honeybee Foods Corporation since August 2019, Alianah has been responsible for training staff in various customer service roles and managing phone inquiries. Previously, as a Barista at CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice Canada, over 180 drinks were prepared per shift, achieving high customer satisfaction. Alianah also worked as a Cook at Something Special Deli-Foods, contributing to operational improvements and packaging procedures, and served as a Teacher Assistant at Bulacan State University. Alianah holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology/Technician and Bookkeeping from Bulacan State University and completed studies at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology from September 2018 to April 2020.
