Matt Brooks is an experienced project manager currently working at JOLT since March 2022. Previously, Brooks held multiple roles at Sydney Water from December 2019 to March 2022, including Development Project Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating complex water infrastructure projects and developing commercial arrangements. As a Senior Development Consultant, Brooks offered case management services for development customers, while earlier as a Development Consultant, technical advice was provided for water service delivery across Sydney. Prior experience includes working as an Architectural Designer at Tanner Kibble Denton Architects and 3DL Landscape Consultants, contributing to a variety of architectural projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Design in Architecture from the University of Sydney and a Master's degree in Sustainable Development from Macquarie University.
