Randall Taylor is a seasoned professional in customer innovation and insights, currently serving as Senior Customer Innovation Manager at JCDecaux Australia since October 2019, with previous roles there including Customer Innovation Manager and Insights & Strategy Executive. Prior experience includes a position as Research and Insights Executive at Domain, and Insights Coordinator at Val Morgan. Early career experiences involve roles as a Social Media Analyst intern at Covet, Marketing Intern at Genea, Sales Associate at Aesop, Specialist at Apple, and Debating Sports Coach at Waverley College. Randall holds a Master of Arts in Communications Management with a specialization in Integrated Communications from the University of Technology Sydney, and Bachelor's degrees from Malmö University in Children's and Adolescent Literature and the University of Sydney in Photomedia. In addition, Randall is currently completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Be One Yoga.
