Anique Hermann has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as a Summer Ocean Lifeguard for the City of Del Mar. In 2013, Hermann worked as a Finance & Human Resources Intern at Del Mar City Hall and as a Sales Management and Customer Service Intern at JOLYN. In 2014, Hermann became an Event Management Intern at San Diego State University Athletics - Aztec Club, where they were responsible for planning and executing special events, managing budgets, and promoting the objectives of the Aztec Club to donors. From 2015 onwards, Hermann returned to JOLYN and held various roles including Customer Relations & Sales Management Coordinator, HR Specialist & Support Manager, HR & Operations Specialist, Manager of HR & Business Operations, and finally Director of People Operations & Culture.

Anique Hermann pursued their education at San Diego State University from 2011 to 2015. During this time, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration.
