Caio Souza has a diverse work experience in the field of technical development and software solutions. Caio began their career as a Junior Software Developer at Benetech Clinical Software Solutions in 2013, where they gained experience in MySQL, code debugging, and website creation. In 2015, Caio worked as a Computer Literacy Instructor at Polycultural Immigrant & Community Services, designing and teaching a computer literacy course for new immigrants to Canada. Caio joined The Jonah Group in 2016, completing four co-op terms as a Technical Developer while finishing their degree. Caio is currently employed at Jonah Group as a Technical Developer, starting in 2020.

Caio Souza completed their education at the University of Waterloo from 2014 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Richview Collegiate Institute from 2010 to 2014 and completed their high school education. In addition to their academic background, Caio obtained a CPR A and B certification from the Lifesaving Society in April 2015.
