Jane Trebilcock has extensive experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects. Jane has held senior positions in various organizations, including the Jonah Group, Centennial College, Payfare Inc., Zafin, Financial Software Systems, Jameson Bank, Travelex, Travelex Canada LTD, and Imperail Smelting & Refining Canada LTD.
At Centennial College, Jane served as a Senior Project Manager, leading key IT projects and programs within the Student and Community Engagement division. Jane successfully delivered the CRM program, which involved implementing Ellucian's Microsoft Dynamic CRM Advise and CRM Recruit products.
During their time at Zafin, Jane worked as a Program Manager and delivered pricing and billing software projects to Canadian financial institutions. Jane led the implementation of the first Zafin Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model and integrated an iterative scrum approach to product development and client delivery, resulting in a 30% increase in product speed to market.
Jane also has experience in the financial industry, having led software delivery for Foreign Exchange Treasury systems at global and regional financial institutions in their role as Senior Project Manager at Financial Software Systems. Jane successfully implemented the first global foreign exchange trading solution for a US financial institution, ensuring the accuracy of opening currency positions valued at $90 million USD.
Furthermore, Jane has experience in sales management, as demonstrated by their role as Director of Sales Excellence at Travelex, where they designed and implemented sales management best practices and processes in North America.
Throughout their career, Jane has consistently demonstrated strong project management skills, successfully delivering projects and achieving key accomplishments and contributions. Jane holds certifications in PRINCE2 and PSM (Professional Scrum Master), which further enhance their project management expertise.
