Paul Dorthalina is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management, human resources, and community service. Currently serving as Director of Wheels for the World at Joni and Friends since February 2016, Paul has held various roles within the organization focused on improving accessibility for individuals with disabilities. Prior experience includes positions at University Village Thousand Oaks and Lighthouse Church of Newbury Park, CA, where Paul managed operations, HR functions, and community events, and demonstrated strong leadership and training skills. Additional roles in retail management and academic support further highlight expertise in operational oversight and team development. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from California Lutheran University.

Founded by Joni Eareckson Tada in 1979, Joni and Friends is dedicated to reaching out to families living with disability all around the globe with gospel-adorned hope. We extend gospel-centered care through Community Support, Respite, Retreats and Getaways, and Crisis Response. And we connect families with Christ-honoring, disability-friendly churches where they find a place belong.
