Jen Alava-Francisco

Jen Alava-Francisco is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and learning strategies. Currently serving as President of Spiderhook Learning since December 2014, Jen empowers organizations through customized talent development programs and also holds the position of Chief Learning Officer at Spiderhook. As Head of Learning and Development for the Women in Business Committee at the European Chamber of Commerce, Jen has been instrumental in fostering learning initiatives. A guest lecturer at Jose Rizal University and a freelance training consultant since 2007, Jen specializes in delivering training and coaching in a wide range of subjects, including leadership, customer service, and communication skills. Previous roles include Learning and Development Partner at iLeap Consulting and Training Director at Spiderhook, where Jen focused on training design, evaluation, and client management. Jen's educational background includes degrees in Psychology and Guidance and Counseling Education from DLSU, Manila.
