Melanie Fountaine is a seasoned professional in the field of neurodivergence and disability support, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Joshin since October 2018, where expert-led virtual coaching and digital programs enhance workplace engagement and culture. Prior to this, Melanie co-founded and held the COO position at Josh's Place, a Home and Community-Based Medicaid Provider, until its acquisition in 2019. Melanie's earlier experience includes roles as a High School Counselor at BlueSky School and an Educational Support Professional at Intermediate District 287, focusing on supporting autistic students. Academically, Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Foreign Studies from the University of Minnesota Duluth, a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from St. Cloud State University, and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University, supplemented by a study abroad program at the University of Birmingham.
