Olga Resnik is a seasoned optical systems expert with extensive experience in the design and development of optical technologies. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at JOYA Team since January 2020, Olga Resnik leads efforts in creating tailor-made optical systems. Prior to this, Olga Resnik spent nearly 20 years at Elbit Systems Ltd, where roles included Optical Designer & Systems Engineer, Optical Systems Engineer, Sr. Optical Display Engineer, and Optical Display Engineer, focusing on military applications across various projects. Olga Resnik holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Physics, both from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
