Mike Cairnes is the CEO and President of JoyBridge Kids, a company that provides therapeutic services to kids with autism. Currently, Mike also serves as the Board Director at Williamson, Inc + BrightStone + Special Olympics, where Mike is the Chairman of the Board at BrightStone leading a project to build training facilities and residential homes for special needs adults. In the past, Mike has held positions such as Founder and CEO at Vitalize, CEO / COO at Kirkland's, President at Michaels Stores, Inc, Senior Vice President at Brushstrokes Fine Art, and President at Larson-Juhl. Mike Cairnes started their career as a District Sales Manager at Texas Instruments after graduating from Lafayette College with a B.S. in Engineering.

Joy Bridge Kids is a company which serves children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Our clinic is located in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. We offer day and after school programs in ABA Therapy. We also offer Speech and Occupational Therapy as part of our multidisciplinary approach to working with individuals with autism.
