Valentin Ile

Valentin Ile is an accomplished operational excellence leader with extensive experience in the automotive safety sector. Since April 2018, Valentin has served as the Executive Director of Operational Excellence EMEA at Joyson Safety Systems, where responsibilities include overseeing regional supply chain functions, health and safety initiatives, sustainability efforts, and continuous improvement strategies. Prior to this role, Valentin held multiple positions at Joyson Safety Systems and Takata, including Executive Director of Operations for the Seatbelts Product Group and Vice President of the Seatbelts Product Business Unit. Early career experience at Delphi Packard Romania included positions such as Plant Manager and Lean Country Manager. Valentin holds a degree from Universitatea de Vest „Vasile Goldiș” din Arad.
