Nancy Knapp currently serves as the Executive Director of Joyya Support US and oversees Global Sales & Marketing for Joyya since March 2018. In addition, Nancy has been a key figure at Freeset USA since September 2014, holding roles including CEO and Chief Operating Officer, as well as serving on the Board of Directors and volunteering for start-up operations and fundraising efforts for a building purchase in Kolkata, India. Previous experience includes leadership roles in risk management at GE Capital from 1990 to 2002. Nancy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & French from Indiana University Bloomington, obtained between 1985 and 1989.

Hi! We're Joyya. We were founded through the merger of three companies that decided they would be better together. They originally started back in 2001 in Kolkata, India, with three ambitious goals: be a source of opportunity where little is found, spark lasting change in our community, and do it by making custom apparel and accessories that go way beyond fair trade. This is the beginning of our new journey together.
