James Sweet

James Sweet has over 25 years of experience in retail management, currently serving as Assistant Manager at J&P Cycles since November 2014, where responsibilities include inventory and cash controls, as well as staff scheduling. Previously, James held multiple roles within J&P Cycles, including Assistant Retail Store Manager and Sales & Service Supervisor, focusing on hiring, training showroom staff, and ensuring proper cash handling protocols. From June 2008 to October 2012, James was Store Manager and Division Trainer at Save-A-Lot, overseeing store profitability and training new management staff. Early career experience at The Pantry included various leadership roles such as Division Director and District Manager. James holds an Associate degree in Business Management & Administration from Daytona State College, earned between 1995 and 1998.
