Daniel Molcho is a seasoned Network Operation Center Manager at JPay, where responsibilities include administration of Solarwinds for Cisco ASA 5500 series at over 100 remote sites and management of Kaseya for over 3500 kiosks since January 2014. Previous experience includes Service Desk Manager at ICCS & Co., LLC, overseeing managed services for over 150 clients and leading System Engineering & Service Desk teams. Additionally, Daniel served as a Field Engineer/NOC Engineer at JPay, where project management and software fixes were implemented for kiosks, alongside earlier roles as Network Administrator at Fresh Foods Cafe and Systems Analyst at HP Enterprise Services. Daniel holds a Technical Degree in Computer Networking & Administration from Broward College.
