Fabricio Tobar is an experienced software developer with a strong background in application development and technical support. Since February 2011, Fabricio has worked at JPay Inc as a Team Lead in Emessaging, focusing on new requirements, maintenance, and enhancing mobile push notifications and web services security. Prior to this, Fabricio served as a Senior Application Developer at Western Union and an Application Developer at Vigo Remittance Corporation, where responsibilities included designing, coding, and managing the development of systems. Fabricio also has a history of providing bilingual technical support and conducting web development at various organizations, including a role as Director of Technical Services at Infografica. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship, a Master of Science in Technology Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer & Systems Science.
