Prior experience includes serving as Ingénieur - Chef de projet at Clément + Clerc - Ingénieurs-conseils SA from 1995 to March 2000 and at Bongard & Zwick, Ingénieurs-conseils SA from 1991 to 1995. Philippe REMY earned an Ingénieur HES degree in Génie-civil from the Ecole d'ingénieurs et d'architectes de Fribourg (HES-SO Fribourg) between 1988 and 1991, followed by a diploma as an Entrepreneur diplômé in Construction from Société Suisse des Entrepreneurs from 2009 to 2010.
