Philippe REMY earned an Ingénieur HES degree in Génie-civil from the Ecole d'ingénieurs et d'architectes de Fribourg (HES-SO Fribourg) between 1988 and 1991, followed by a diploma as an Entrepreneur diplômé in Construction from Société Suisse des Entrepreneurs from 2009 to 2010.
