Tom Rozema is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in revenue generation and business development across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at JR Automation since March 2021, Tom previously held roles such as VP of Enterprise Accounts at Toshiba Corporation and General Manager for Honeywell's Safety & Productivity Solutions. At BASF, Tom progressed through various leadership positions, including Business Director, Commercial Director, and Global Key Account Manager, overseeing significant divisions and driving sales strategies. Early career roles include Global Account Manager at DaimlerChrysler and Powertrain Engineer at Ford Motor Company. Tom holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Western Michigan University.
