Victoria Jenkins

Victoria Jenkins is an experienced property manager with a strong background in real estate management spanning over several years. Currently serving as a Property Manager at JRK Property Holdings since June 2021, Victoria has previously held key positions at Peak Realty Management, LLC as well as multiple roles at Peak Campus, including Property Manager and Leasing Manager. Recognized for outstanding performance with a High Achiever Award in 2016, Victoria also skillfully engaged with prospective tenants as a Leasing Consultant. Early career experience includes administrative support at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an internship with the North Carolina Coastal Federation, where skills in accounting and grant writing were developed. Victoria holds a degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
