Christopher Smith

Christopher Smith serves as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at JRM Construction Management since September 2019. Prior to this role, Christopher held positions at RailWorks Corporation, first as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer from September 2017 to September 2019, and previously as Assistant General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer from May 2013 to May 2017. Christopher also worked at Goldberg & Connolly as an Associate, focusing on construction law matters, and at Brody And Associates, LLC, where responsibilities included labor and employment law cases. Christopher holds a J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Sacred Heart University.
